تدريب صحة المرأة بالجيزة اجتماع فريق العمل بإدارة تنمية الأسرة بمديرية الشئون الصحية
بالجيزة و بعض الإدارات الصحية التابعة و على رأسهم إدارة البدرشين مع ممثلي مبادرة
مؤسسة باثفايندر الدولية لتأييد تنظيم الأسرة بالتعاون مع شركة أورجانون.
باثفايندر
هى منظمة دولية رائدة تعاونت لعقود في مصر مع وزارة الصحة و السكان و أدارت العديد
من المشروعات الكبرى الخاصة بالصحة الإنجابية و تنظيم الأسرة، أما شركة أورجانون فهى
شركة عالمية متخصصة في مجال الرعاية الصحية تركز بشكل أساسي على صحة المرأة و توفير
الوسائل الحديثة لتنظيم الأسرة، و الجدير بالذكر أن شركة أورجانون لها شراكات متعددة
مع جهات حكومية مثل هيئة الدواء المصرية و جهات أممية كصندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان.
أثناء الاجتماع
تم مناقشة أهداف مشروع باثفايندر الممول من شركة أورجانون و سبل التعاون مع وزارة الصحة
و السكان لتحقيق تلك الأهداف التي منها؛ توعية الشباب في سن الإنجاب و التثقيف الصحي
لتحسين جودة حياة الأسرة المصرية، و دعم المبادرات و الأنشطة التي تضمن وصولا عادلا
و آمنا لخدمات تنظيم الأسرة، كما تم التركيز على مقترحات لوضع خطة للعمل و المتابعة
مع الفرق المختلفة، و ضرورة التعاون بين القطاع العام و القطاع الخاص لتقديم خدمات
تنمية الأسرة و تحقيق المنفعة العامة و دور المؤسسة في المساعدة لتحقيق تلك الاقتراحات.
تضمن الاجتماع
شرحا وافيا للأهداف و الاقتراحات و نقاشات مثمرة بين فريق المديرية و فريق باثفايندر
كما تم تقسيم الحضور إلى مجموعات لعمل ورشة عمل فعلية للتدريب على الرؤى و الخطط و
سبل التنفيذ.

تم بتوجيهات من رئيس الإدارة المركزية لتنمية الأسرة بوزارة الصحة و السكان د/ميرفت
فؤاد و تحت رعاية محافظ الجيزة د/أحمد الأنصاري و وكيل وزارة الصحة بالجيزة د/أسامة
الشلقاني و بمتابعة وكيل المديرية لشئون الطب الوقائي د/عفاف محمد، و تم بحضور مدير
إدارة تنمية الأسرة بمديرية الشئون الصحية بالجيزة د/ميادة رجب و مساعد مدير الإدارة
د/ريهام الموافي و باقي فريق عمل إدارة تنمية الأسرة بالمديرية.
"Giza Family Development Department Meets with
Pathfinder"
A meeting was held at the Women's Health Training Center in Giza
between the Family Development Department team from the Giza Health Directorate
and representatives from several affiliated health departments, most notably
the Badrashin Health Department, and representatives from the Pathfinder
Foundation's international initiative to support family planning, in
cooperation with Organon.
Pathfinder
is a leading international organization that has collaborated for decades in
During the
meeting, the objectives of the Pathfinder project, funded by Organon, were discussed,
along with ways to collaborate with the Ministry of Health and Population to
achieve these objectives. These objectives include raising awareness among
young people of reproductive age and providing health education to improve the
quality of life for Egyptian families, as well as supporting initiatives and
activities that ensure equitable and safe access to family planning services. The
meeting also focused on proposals for developing a work plan and follow-up
mechanism with the various teams, emphasizing the necessity of collaboration
between the public and private sectors to deliver family development services
and achieve public benefit. The role of the organization in assisting with
these proposals was also discussed. The meeting included a comprehensive
explanation of the objectives and proposals, and fruitful discussions between
the Directorate team and the Pathfinder team. Attendees were then divided into
groups for a practical workshop to train participants on the visions, plans, and
implementation methods.
The
meeting was held under the directives of Dr. Mervat Fouad, Head of the Central
Administration for Family Development at the Ministry of Health and Population,
and under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed Al-Ansari, Governor of Giza, and Dr. Osama
Al-Shalqani, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Giza. It was overseen
by Dr. Afaf Mohamed, Undersecretary of the Directorate for Preventive Medicine,
and attended by Dr. Mayada Ragab, Director of the Family Development Department
at the Giza Health Affairs Directorate, Dr. Reham Al-Mawafi, Assistant Director
of the Department, and the rest of the Family Development Department team.
