اجتمع اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق ٩ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٥ بمركز تدريب
صحة المرأة بالجيزة الدكتور/إسحق جميل
وكيل وزارة الصحة بالجيزة مع السادة وكلاء مديرية الشئون الصحية بالجيزة؛ السيدة
الدكتورة/عفاف محمد وكيل المديرية للطب الوقائي و السيدة الدكتورة/سماح جاد وكيل
المديرية للطب العلاجي و بحضور د/محمد أبو المجد مدير إدارة الطب العلاجي و د/أماني
الصياد مدير إدارة تنمية الأسرة و منسق تدريب المشورة الأسرية الخاص بمبادرة الألف
يوم الذهبية بمديرية الشئون الصحية بالجيزة مع السادة مديري المستشفيات و السادة
رؤساء أقسام النساء و التوليد بمستشفيات محافظة الجيزة.
بالاجتماع تم مناقشة العديد من المواضيع الهامة كمناقشة
استخدام وسائل تنظيم الأسرة بعد الولادة و الإجهاض، و ضرورة خفض القيصريات الغير
مبررة و تركيب اللولب أثناء القيصرية كما تم مناقشة ضرورة تغطية عيادات تنظيم
الأسرة بالأطباء. تم أيضا بالاجتماع مناقشة تفعيل غرف المشورة و أهمية تحويل جميع
الحوامل لغرفة المشورة لتوعية الأمهات بكيفية الاهتمام بصحتها و صحة الجنين و
تثقيف الأم بكل المعلومات الهامة عن فترة ماقبل الولادة و مابعدها، كما تم مناقشة
تحويل الأطفال لغرف المشورة لمتابعة النمو و التطور و توعية الأمهات بكيفية و
أهمية الرضاعة الطبيعية، بالإضافة إلى مناقشة المنشآت الصديقة للأم و الطفل و
الخطوات العشر في غرفة الولادة و الساعة الذهبية.
بختام الاجتماع وجه سيادة وكيل وزارة الصحة بالجيزة كلمة
و نصيحة جميلة للسادة الأطباء بالتعامل بمنتهى الإنسانية و الضمير و الرحمة و
الرفق بالمرضى و أنهم سوف يرون بأنفسهم مردود ذلك و إنعكاسه على حياتهم الشخصية و
توفيق في كل خطوة يخطونها إن شاء الله.

"A meeting chaired by the Undersecretary of the
Ministry of Health in Giza was held today"
Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at the Women's Health Training Center in
Giza a meeting was chaired by Dr. Ishaq Gamil, Undersecretary of the Ministry
of Health in Giza, with the Undersecretaries of the Giza Health Affairs
Directorate: Dr. Afaf Mohamed, Undersecretary of the Directorate for Preventive
Medicine, and Dr. Samah Gad, Undersecretary of the Directorate for Therapeutic
Medicine In the presence of Dr. Mohamed Abu El-Magd, Director of the
Therapeutic Medicine Department, Dr. Amani El-Sayyad, Director of the Family
Development Department and Coordinator of the Family Counseling Training for
the Golden Thousand Days Initiative at the Giza Health Affairs Directorate, along
with hospital directors and heads of obstetrics and gynecology departments at
Giza Governorate hospitals.
The meeting discussed several important topics, such as the use of
family planning methods after childbirth and abortion, the need to reduce
unjustified cesarean sections and the placement of IUDs during cesarean
sections. The meeting also discussed the need to provide family planning
clinics with doctors. The meeting also discussed the activation of consultation
rooms and the importance of referring all pregnant women to the consultation
room to educate mothers on how to care for their health and the health of the
fetus, educating mothers about all the important information about the pre- and
post-natal period was also discussed, the referral of children to counseling
rooms to monitor growth and development was also discussed, as was educating
mothers about the importance of breastfeeding. Furthermore, mother- and child-friendly
facilities, the ten steps in the delivery room, and the golden hour were also
discussed.
At the end of the meeting, His Excellency the Undersecretary of the
Ministry of Health in Giza gave a beautiful word and advice to the doctors to
deal with patients with the utmost humanity, conscience, mercy and kindness, and
that they will see for themselves the impact of this and its reflection on
their personal lives and success in every step they take, God willing.
