استضاف مركز تدريب صحة المرأة بالجيزة ٣ دورات تدريبية تابعة للمبادرات الرئاسية بجانب تدريب تركيب اللولب الهرموني، و كل التدريبات دي أقيمت بتوجيهات معالي نائب رئيس الوزراء للتنمية البشرية و وزير الصحة و السكان أ.د/خالد عبد الغفار و أقيمت بالجيزة تحت رعاية السيد محافظ الجيزة المهندس/عادل النجار و برعاية وكيل وزارة الصحة بالجيزة د/أمل رشدي و تحت إشراف وكيل مديرية الشئون الصحية بالجيزة للطب الوقائي د/عفاف محمد و بالمركز بتعاون و تحت إشراف و متابعة مدير إدارة تنمية الأسرة بمديرية الشئون الصحية بالجيزة د/أماني الصياد وبحضور ومشاركة د/ أميرة حسن القائم بأعمال مدير مركز تدريب صحة المرأة بالجيزة، و الدورات هى؛

 

١- مبادرة "التطوير" و اللي أقيمت بتوجيه من رئيس قطاع الرعاية الأساسية و تنمية الأسرة د/رشا خضر و بإشراف من مدير إدارة الرعاية الأساسية بمديرية الشئون الصحية بالجيزة د/هاجر يوسف...التدريب بدأ يوم ١٢ أبريل ٢٠٢٥ و مستمر ليوم ٢٧ مايو ٢٠٢٥ إن شاء الله.

 

٢- ختام فعاليات البرنامج التدريبي للقيادة و الإشراف الخاص بمبادرة "بداية جديدة لبناء الإنسان" و كان الهدف منها تدريب مسئولي خدمة المواطنين لإعداد كوادر بشرية قادرة على مواجهة التحديات و تطوير آليات التعامل مع شكاوى المواطنين و العمل على حلها و تحسين جودة الخدمة المقدمة للمواطنين من خلال المنشآت الطبية. شهد الختام حضور وكيل مديرية الشئون الصحية بالجيزة للطب العلاجي د/أيمن العباسي، و سلم المتدربين شهادات إجتيازهم للتدريب. التدريب تم تحت إشراف مدير الإدارة العامة لخدمة المواطنين بوزارة الصحة و السكان أ/حسن مدين.

 

٣-تدريب "المشورة الأسرية" الخاص بمبادرة "الألف يوم الذهبية" اللي تم على مرحلتين بتوجيهات من نائب وزير الصحة لتنمية الأسرة و السكان و المشرف العام على المبادرة السيدة الدكتورة/عبلة الألفي، و بتنسيق من منسق التدريب بالجيزة د/أماني الصياد مدير إدارة تنمية الأسرة بمديرية الشئون الصحية بالجيزة .

 

أما عن تدريب الأطباء على تركيب اللولب الهرموني بإستخدام جهاز المحاكاة الناطق ففي شهر أبريل تم تدريب عدد من أطباء محافظات: القاهرة و الدقهلية و الإسماعيلية و البحيرة و شمال سيناء و مرسى مطروح و الجيزة، و باقي محافظات الوجه البحري هتتدرب خلال الأسابيع القادمة إن شاء الله، التدريب بتوجيه من رئيس الإدارة المركزية لتنمية الأسرة بوزارة الصحة و السكان د/ميرڤت فؤاد و تحت إشراف مدير إدارة تنمية الأسرة بمديرية الشئون الصحية بالجيزة د/أماني الصياد وبحضور ومشاركة د/ أميرة حسن القائم بأعمال مدير مركز تدريب صحة المرأة بالجيزة .

April 2025 is the month of trainings under the Presidential Initiatives"

The Women's Health Training Center in Giza hosted three training courses under the Presidential Initiatives, in addition to the training on inserting a hormonal IUD. All these trainings were held under the directives of His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health and Population, Professor Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, and were held in Giza under the patronage of the Governor Engineer Adel Al Naggar & under the patronage of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Giza, Dr. Amal Rushdi, and under the supervision of the Undersecretary of the Giza Health Affairs Directorate for Preventive Medicine, Dr. Afaf Mohamed, and at the center in cooperation and under the supervision and follow-up of the Director of the Family Development Department at the Giza Health Affairs Directorate, Dr. Amani Al-Sayyad,  The courses are:

1. The "Development" initiative, which was held under the direction of Dr. Rasha Khedr, Head of the Primary Care and Family Development Sector, and under the supervision of Dr. Hager Youssef, Director of the Primary Care Department at the Giza Health Affairs Directorate. The training began on April 12, 2025, and will continue until May 27, 2025, God willing.

2-The closing ceremony of the leadership and supervision training program for the "New Beginning for Human Development" initiative, which aimed to train citizen service officials to prepare human cadres capable of facing challenges, developing mechanisms for dealing with citizens' complaints, working to resolve them, and improving the quality of service provided to citizens through medical facilities. The closing ceremony was attended by the Undersecretary of the Giza Health Affairs Directorate for Therapeutic Medicine, Dr. Ayman Al-Abbasi, The trainees were awarded certificates of completion. The training was supervised by the Director General of Citizen Services at the Ministry of Health and Population, Mr. Hassan Madian.

3- The “Family Counseling” training for the “Golden Thousand Days” initiative was conducted in two phases under the direction of the Deputy Minister of Health for Family and Population Development and the initiative’s general supervisor, Dr. Abla Al-Alfy, and in coordination with the training coordinator in Giza, Dr. Amani Al-Sayyad, Director of the Family Development Department at the Giza Health Affairs Directorate.

As for training doctors on inserting the hormonal IUD using a talking simulator, in April a number of doctors were trained in the governorates of Cairo, Dakahlia, Ismailia, Beheira, North Sinai, Marsa Matrouh and Giza, and the rest of the Lower Egypt governorates will be trained in the coming weeks, God willing. The training is under the direction of the head of the Central Administration for Family Development at the Ministry of Health and Population, Dr. Mervat Fouad, under the supervision of Dr. Amani Al-Sayyad, Director of the Family Development Department at the Giza Health Affairs Directorate.
