بدأت في مركز تدريب صحة المرأة بالجيزة دورات تدريبية
للفريق الطبي هدفها رفع كفاءة مقدمي الخدمة بالمنشآت صديقة الأم و الطفل.
المنشآت صديقة الأم و الطفل هى عبارة عن منشآت طبية (مستشفيات
و مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية) تقدم خدمة الرعاية الصحية للأم و الطفل مثل توفير
خدمات صحية عالية الجودة للأمهات خلال فترتي الحمل و الولادة و مابعد الولادة و
تعزيز و دعم الرضاعة الطبيعية، و توفير خدمات صحية متخصصة للأطفال اللذين يحتاجون
إلى رعاية خاصة، بالإضافة لتوعية الأمهات بعدم اللجوء لبدائل الحليب إلا في حالات
الضرورة القصوى و تحت إشراف طبي نظرا لأهمية الرضاعة الطبيعية في تقوية مناعة
الطفل و نموه السليم.
يشمل التدريب أيضا تعريف المتدربين بأهمية تطبيق معايير
التميز للمنشآت الصحية صديقة الأم و الطفل و الاعتماد من الهيئة العامة للاعتماد و
الرقابة الصحية (GAHAR).
تقام الدورات التدريبية بتوجيهات من رئيس الإدارة
المركزية للرعاية الصحية المتكاملة د/محمد عبد الله و مدير عام الإدارة العامة
للحد من الأمراض الوراثية و الإعاقة د/نانيس عبد المحسن، و تقام بالجيزة تحت رعاية
سيادة محافظ الجيزة المهندس/عادل النجار و وكيل وزارة الصحة بالجيزة د/أمل رشدي و
تحت إشراف وكيل مديرية الشئون الصحية بالجيزة للطب الوقائي د/عفاف محمد.

"Mother- and Child-Friendly Facilities"
The Women's
Mother- and child-friendly facilities are medical facilities (hospitals
and primary health care centers) that provide maternal and child health care
services, such as providing high-quality health services to mothers during
pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum periods, promoting and supporting
breastfeeding, and providing specialized health services for children who need
special care, In addition to educating mothers about not using milk substitutes
except in cases of extreme necessity and under medical supervision, given the
importance of breastfeeding in strengthening children's immunity and healthy
growth.
The training also
includes introducing trainees to the importance of applying excellence
standards for mother- and child-friendly healthcare facilities and
accreditation from the General Authority for Accreditation and Health
Supervision (GAHAR).
The training courses are held under the guidance of the Head of the
Central Administration for Integrated Health Care, Dr. Mohamed Abdullah, and
the Director General of the General Administration for the Reduction of Genetic
Diseases and Disabilities, Dr. Nanis Abdel Mohsen. They are held in Giza under
the patronage of His Excellency the Governor of Giza, Eng. Adel El-Naggar, and
the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Giza, Dr. Amal Rushdi, and
under the supervision of the Undersecretary of the Giza Health Affairs
Directorate for Preventive Medicine, Dr. Afaf Mohamed.
